In the event that there is a discount during your purchase, it will concern all of your purchases and not individually each product.

Order Receipt and Completion

You can navigate our online store, freely choose the product or products of your choice from www.a-delos.com and place them in your shopping cart. Then to complete your order, you will need to enter your login details (username and password). If you are using our store for the first time, you will need to fill in a form with your details. To complete your registration, you must give your consent, knowing that our company will secure your data by providing the maximum possible protection. Finally, each registered user is responsible for the correctness and validity of the information he has communicated to us through the above process. You send your order to us through an information system, subject to checking the availability of the products included in your order (which check is carried out during the processing of your order). 

Upon completion of your order request, you will be sent a confirmation email that we have received your order. Then the availability of the products of your order is checked for their availability and in case there is a shortage you will be informed of the date it will be available. 

The products will be shipped based on the delivery schedule of the courier company we work with.
