Return policy/ If you wish, you can make your return within 14 days from the day you received your order. It is essential that the product is in perfect condition and that it has not been removed from the special sterilization packaging that you received. Also, the original packaging, the special markings (tags), proof of order, etc. must be in excellent condition. And we must be contacted in advance.

Returns are not accepted for products made to special order or products that have undergone any modification in relation to the original design after agreement with the customer. Also products that have been modified and adapted to sizes different from the original product. In the case of a return, you have the possibility to exchange it with the same or another product of the same or greater value by paying the difference. You can get a full refund of the amount you paid. You have the right to cancel an order before it has been shipped and to receive a full refund if payment has already been made. After the time has passed and while the shipping process has begun, the cancellation cannot be accepted.

The shipping costs for the return of the products are borne by the customer. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transport.

In the event that the products are not returned with the markings mentioned above, then our company has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the product and will unilaterally set off a partial offset of his claim against the claim of the customer. A product can only be returned with the same courier company that received it. The products will be received in special sterilization packaging and ready to use.
